Who we are
This website (pymedic.pycore.ai) is operated by VeriRight Management Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("PyMedic", "we", "us"), C K Pearl, No. L-151, Fourth Floor, 14th Cross Road, 5th Main, 6th Sector, HSR Layout, Bengaluru – 560102. We decide how personal data collected through this website is used, which makes us its "data fiduciary" under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). This policy is written to meet the DPDP Act and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 as they come into force, and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules in the meantime.
This policy covers this website only. Patient and clinic data processed inside the PyMedic software is handled under the agreement between PyMedic and the clinic or hospital using it; the clinic or hospital decides how that data is used.
What we collect
When you book a demo, we collect the details you enter in the form:
- Your name, work email and phone number
- Your clinic or hospital name, its type and number of doctors
- Anything you write in the optional notes field
- Your consent to be contacted, and when you gave it
If you email or call us, we receive what you send us, such as your email address, phone number and message.
When you visit any page, the server that hosts the website automatically records standard technical information: your IP address, browser and device type, the page requested and the time. We do not use analytics or advertising trackers, and we do not build profiles of visitors.
How we use it
- To contact you by phone, email, WhatsApp or text message to arrange and run the demo you asked for, and to follow up on your enquiry
- To answer questions you send us
- To keep the website secure and working, and to investigate misuse
- To keep the records Indian law requires (see "How long we keep it")
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to your enquiry without asking you first.
Consent
We process the details you submit on the basis of the consent you give when you tick the box on the demo form. The form cannot be sent without it, and we ask for nothing beyond what we need to arrange the demo.
You can withdraw consent at any time, as easily as you gave it: email hello@pycore.ai with the subject "Withdraw consent". You do not need to give a reason. We will then stop contacting you and stop using your details, apart from the records the law requires us to keep. Withdrawing does not affect anything we did with your consent before that.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only with:
- Service providers who help us run this website and respond to you, such as website hosting, email, customer-relationship tools, and the WhatsApp and calling services we use to contact you. They act on our instructions and are bound by contract to protect the data.
- Government authorities, courts or regulators, when Indian law requires it.
Your browser also sends your IP address to Google when it loads the fonts this website uses (see our Cookie Policy).
Some of these providers may store data on servers outside India. Where that happens, we transfer data only to countries the Government of India has not restricted under the DPDP Act.
How long we keep it
We use demo-request details only until your enquiry has been dealt with, or until you withdraw consent if that is sooner.
Indian law (the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025) requires us to keep personal data, server logs and records of how the data was processed for one year from the processing, for security and legal purposes. We keep them for that year, use them for nothing else, and then erase them, unless another law requires us to keep them longer.
How we protect it
The website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and access to the details you submit is limited to the people who need it to respond to you. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable security safeguards, as the DPDP Act requires, to prevent personal data breaches. If a breach affects your data, we will inform you and the Data Protection Board of India as the law requires.
Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you can:
- Ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you, how we use it, and who we have shared it with
- Ask us to correct, complete or update it
- Ask us to erase it
- Withdraw your consent
- Nominate another person to exercise these rights if you die or become unable to
- Raise a grievance with us, and if you are not satisfied with our response, complain to the Data Protection Board of India
To use any of these rights, email hello@pycore.ai from the address you gave us, or tell us how we can confirm the request is yours. We will respond within 30 days.
Children
This website is meant for healthcare professionals and businesses. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has submitted details, contact us and we will delete them.
Cookies and browser storage
This website does not set cookies. See our Cookie Policy for the small amount of browser storage and third-party content it uses.
Language
You can ask for this policy in English or in any language listed in the Eighth Schedule to the Constitution of India by emailing hello@pycore.ai.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top. If a change affects data you have already given us, we will ask for your consent where the law requires it.
